What counts as a conversation?
Each conversation someone chats with costs one credit. Building, editing and previewing is always free.
Are these subscriptions?
No. Packs are one-time top-ups. Buy conversations whenever you need them and top up again later, there's nothing recurring to cancel.
How long are credits valid?
Credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Any credits left unused after 12 months expire.
Do bigger packs unlock more features?
No. Every pack unlocks the exact same product.
What happens when I run out of credits?
Your conversations keep their data and settings. New live conversations pause until you top up with another pack, then everything picks right back up.
Can I get a custom volume?
Absolutely. If you need more than 5,000 conversations, or custom support and onboarding, reach out through the Custom option and we'll tailor a plan.
