AI-Generated Content
All conversational responses are generated by artificial intelligence without human review.
The AI may:

We do not guarantee:

Not Professional Advice: AI-generated responses do not constitute professional advice. Do not rely on AI responses for medical, legal, financial, or other professional services.
Your Responsibility: You are solely responsible for testing conversations before publishing, monitoring AI behavior, adjusting system prompts, ensuring suitability for your use case, and any consequences arising from AI-generated content.
Published Conversations & Embedding
When you publish a conversation:
- It becomes publicly accessible via a unique URL
- No authentication is required for access
- The form remains public until you unpublish it
- It can be embedded on external websites
You are responsible for how you collect and use data through published conversations, complying with applicable privacy laws, and obtaining necessary consents from respondents.
Prohibited Data Collection: You may not use published conversations to collect protected health information (HIPAA-regulated data), payment card information (PCI-regulated data), Social Security numbers or government IDs, information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent, or any data you are not legally authorized to collect.
